Ordering
Orders can be placed via our website www.naturalbabyandme.com ; which is available  24-hours a day 7 days a week. To order, select the items you wish to purchase and place in the shopping basket. Orders can be reviewed by selecting the 'view cart' link. Once you have completed your selection you can then move to the ‘checkout’.
Once your order has been placed, an email will be sent to you acknowledging the order details. This mail is not an order acceptance, the order will only be accepted once the goods are despatched.

Delivery Time Scales
Orders will be dispatched within 1-5 working days and delivered within 5-7 working days.
 
Stock Shortage
Under normal circumstances we retain sufficient stock to full fill all orders within our standard delivery time scales. Very occasionally, due to an unexpected increase in orders, we may find our stock levels to be depleted and unable to deliver within our standard delivery time scales. In this instance you will be emailed projected delivery time scales and given the option to either cancel the order or wait for the goods to be delivered.

DELIVERY FAILUER
It is our customers responsibility to ensure you are able to take delivery of your order.

Lost Deliveries
Please notify us if you delivery is not received within 5 working days from the order and despatch conformation. We will then investigate the reasons for the failed delivery and update you within 12 working days.

Returns
All returns must be in original and re-sellable condition and returned to our office at  222 Chaldon Way, Coulsdon, Surrey, CR5 1DH.
All returns must be accompanied by a returns form which can we acquired form our contact page. Postage will only be refunded if the goods are found to be faulty.

Faulty Products
If our product develops a fault within the first 30 days, the goods can be returned and we will either refund or exchange the faulty goods.

Pricing
All prices include VAT at the current UK rate. We reserve the right to change our pricing without prior notice.

Descriptions
We endeavour to ensure all descriptions are accurate at the time of publication. However we are only human and mistakes can sometimes occur. If you come across any errors, please notify us at the contact details provided by the contact page.

Payment Policy
All payments are to be made by Credit card or Paypal, full payment to be made before the goods are despatched.
